1. Bookings

Booking cancellation policies are determined by individual hairstylists using Indstry. Clients can review each stylist’s specific policy on their overview page before making a booking.

Indstry does not regulate or enforce these policies and encourages clients to contact their stylist directly for any cancellation-related queries.

2. Orders

Order cancellation policies are determined by individual vendors. If a client wishes to cancel an order:

• Vendors can request a refund on behalf of the client.
• Alternatively, clients may contact Indstry directly to request a refund. In such cases, Indstry will reach out to the vendor to confirm and process the refund in accordance with the vendor's policy.

Clients are encouraged to review the vendor's specific cancellation and refund policy before placing an order.

3. Plugins

Plugin purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of the product, as they represent a licence to use software.

• Cancellation: Users may cancel their plugin subscription at any time, which will stop future access to the plugin. No refunds will be granted for prior payments.
• Support: In the event of technical issues, Indstry provides support to resolve problems and ensure the plugin functions as intended.
